Once a referral for the episode-of-care has been received. The following steps are supported by the eHealth services and underlying resources.<br/><br/><ul>
<li>A Patient resource is created by interacting with the Patient Resource. The Patient resource is integrating with the danish national person registry (CPR over NSP) to fetch the core person data automatically</li><li>When a Patient resource is created, an Episode of Care resource is created, with relation to the Patient resource.</li><li>When receiving the Patient's acceptance of the Episode of Care the Organization proposing the episode-of-care, officially takes the Care Responsibility of the Patient and the Episode of Care Resource state must be changed to reflect this.</li><li>A Consent resource is created via the Employee Solution to document the Patient's acceptance</li></ul><p/>
