Usually the monitoring team is reacting to incoming measurements, and the Tasks spawned around them. Alternatively, members from the monitoring team can perform follow-up procedures to the Care Plans they are responsible for.<br/><br/>This is done by browsing for the relevant Care Plans and zooming in on them one at a time using the Patient Context mechanisms in the Infrastructure.<br/><br/>When a Patient's Episode of Care is in context the Practitioners can get an overview over current an historic Patient measurements and questionnaire responses through the Clinician Solutions.  <br/>
