<br/>Closing a Care Plan is done by changing the status to <b>completed</b>.<br/>In case the Patient is unable to continue the TM Episode of Care, the Episode of Care is closed as well.<br/><br/>The Episode of Care is closed by changing the resource status to <b>finished</b>.<br/><br/>The lifecycle of the Episode of Care for a Patient is controlled by the Care Responsible team roles, whereas the lifecycle of the individual Care Plan is controlled by the monitoring responsible roles.<br/>
